Strategic Legal Advisory
Provide endu2011tou2011end legal guidance on product development, lifecycle management, and business operations.
Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical, businessu2011friendly advisories.
Support product and technology teams in designing scalable, compliant solutions.
Regulatory Compliance Governance
Stay abreast of laws impacting digital payments, data privacy, and financial services.
Ensure products, services, documents,



and processes meet regulatory standards.
Prepare committee notes, risk summaries, and governance frameworks for senior leadership.
Contracting Negotiation Excellence
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:
Licensing, product, commercial service agreements
Technology contracts (MSA, licensing, APIs, platforms)
HR, marketing, collaboration consultancy contracts
RFPs/RFQs
Lead negotiations on complex, highu2011value transactions with domestic and foreign entities.
Risk Identification Mitigation
Identify legal, commercial, and operational risks across documents, integrations, and business models.
Provide risku2011balanced and solutionu2011oriented recommendations to stakeholders.
Standardization Process Improvement
Drive standardization of legal templates, processes, and documentation.
