Role Overview

The People Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle while ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience. This role will own key People Operations processes, payroll coordination, policy administration, employee engagement initiatives, process documentation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMS data.
Support leave management, attendance tracking, and day-to-day HR administration activities.

Payroll, Compliance & Governance
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, validations, and processing support.
Support statutory compliance, audits, and documentation requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and governance standards.





Process Documentation & Policy Management
Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HR policies, process documentation, and the Employee Handbook.
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across People Operations.
Ensure all documentation remains accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.

Employee Experience & Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, learning, and culture initiatives.
Support internal communication programs that enhance the overall employee experience.
Contribute to creating a positive, cooperative, and high-performing workplace culture.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of People Operations processes.
Support People & Culture projects and other cross-functional initiatives as required.
