We are looking for a skilled IAM Engineer to join our team at Sigmasoft Infotech Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

Roles and Responsibility
Design, implement, and manage IAM systems to ensure secure access to sensitive data and applications.
Develop and maintain documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security risks and vulnerabilities.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide training and support to end-users on IAM systems and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM system performance, security, and user access.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and industry trends.
Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar products.
Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations,



and standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
