Oversee Project Execution and Maintenece of 33 KV & 11 KV Substations, coordinate with cross functional team to ensure timely delivery of project ,adherence to safety, and ensure uninterrupted power supply and asset performance.
Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 33 KV & 11 KV
Assist in project planning, scheduling and monitoring as per approved timelines
Coordinate with cross functional team for material delivery and site progress
Review Project Drawings and BOQ and technical documents
Track and update project progress reports and timely escalation for support required -forecast resources, managing change orders and resolving on site issues.
Support in Vendor/contractor management work order release and billing verification
Conduct site inspection, monitor safety and quality
Facilitate RFI/Checklist approvals and ensure documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimisation and execution efficiency
Operation & Maintenance
Supervise and monitor switchyard operations & Maintenance, present monthly report on Maintenance KPI, downtime analysis.
Prepare O&M; Schedules for Preventive maintenance.
Review of Spares availability.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for faults and abnormal conditions.
Support in energy audit, reliability improvement and optimization of equipment performance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, Team coordination, and analytical Skills
Robust understanding of Drawings, BOQ’s, Schedule and QA/QC Procedure.
Positive knowledge of project management Tools.
Knowledge on protection scheme, SCADA, HT/LT Maintenance practice.
Team & Contract management.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in EPC or utility projects involving AIS substations and overhead lines.
