Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver training on SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Recruitment, ESS/MSS, and Reporting.
Conduct hands-on practical sessions and real-time case studies.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate participants and provide technical guidance.
Support students in interview and career preparation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and HR business processes.
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation or support.
Positive communication, presentation, and training skills.
