We're looking for an Account Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our technology clients — businesses for whom we build or manage websites, mobile apps, and custom software. You'll own the client relationship end-to-end: understanding their business goals, coordinating with internal design/dev/QA teams, managing timelines and budgets, and making sure every project is delivered on scope, on time, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of tech clients (web, app, and software projects)
Understand each client's business objectives and translate them into explicit briefs for design, development, and QA teams
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent accounts
Coordinate with internal teams (developers, designers, project managers, QA) to ensure smooth execution
Conduct regular client check-ins, status updates, and review meetings
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., maintenance packages, feature upgrades, additional modules)




Handle client escalations and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and account performance summaries
Ensure contracts, SOWs (statements of work), and renewals are tracked and managed on time
Maintain high client retention and satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) scores

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination — ideally within a web/app development agency, IT company, or SaaS business
Basic understanding of website, mobile app, and software development processes (you don't need to code, but you should understand SDLC, timelines, and tech terminology)
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
