About the Role

Hexaark is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into business. This is a remote role; however, the candidate must reside in Hyderabad and be available to attend in-person client or team meetings whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and present Hexaark's products and services effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Attend client meetings, networking events, or company meetings in Hyderabad whenever scheduled.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote workplace.
Must be based in Hyderabad and willing to travel within the city for meetings when required.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an added advantage.
