Management Associate Programme
, an 18-month rotational programme designed to develop future business leaders through exposure to key business functions.
Associates will rotate across
Data & Analytics, Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Content, Research & Training, and Bond Exchange Operations
, gaining hands-on experience in business strategy, financial markets, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and enhancement of bond pricing models and analytics.
Monitor financial markets and assist in preparing market updates, research reports, and newsletters.
Conduct market research, business analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Support client engagement initiatives, business development, and platform adoption.
Prepare business presentations and proposals for financial institutions, including banks and brokerage firms.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Bond Exchange and support strategic business initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and organizational projects.
Support the planning and execution of skilled training programmes.
