Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Own technical and quality readiness of battery parts and related sub‑assemblies
Ensure process robustness, FTG and E‑PPAP readiness at suppliers
Validate capacity, yield and quality for mature volume requirements
Drive issue resolution during trials, validation and ramp‑up
Coordinate with EPT engineering, validation, manufacturing and quality teams
Support supplier audits and technical capability assessments
Ensure battery parts readiness aligns with project gates and SOP
Experience
7 to 9 years
