Position: General Manager (GM)

Position Summary

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading and overseeing all business operations of the immigration and study abroad consultancy. The GM will drive operational excellence, business growth, profitability, compliance, customer satisfaction, and ensure effective coordination across all departments and branch locations.This role requires strategic leadership, solid people management skills, and accountability for achieving organizational goals while upholding the highest standards of ethical and qualified conduct.
