Role within the organization:

The position is responsible for Account Strategy & Execution, Client Servicing and Team Management for multiple client projects. Leading a team of client servicing executives and ensuring work is managed efficiently across all teams and collaborating with teams (both internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery. This role involves working across multiple platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behavior.

Responsibilities:
Defining Marketing Strategy:
Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
Ensure strategies are creative, data-driven,



and geared towards achieving measurable results.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of junior account managers, ensuring effective work management and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to guarantee on-time project delivery and client satisfaction.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects.
Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and resources effectively to meet project objectives.
Understanding the Brief and Writing Strategy:
Interact with clients to thoroughly understand their briefs and requirements.
Translate client briefs into comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Implementing Marketing Strategy:
Execute marketing strategies on various platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and monitoring.
