Role Overview

As a
Sales Associate
, you will be responsible for driving occupancy by acquiring current customers, building strategic partnerships, and expanding UniLiv's presence across Gurgaon and NCR. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition through field sales and lead conversion.
Build partnerships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, corporates, and channel partners.
Conduct property tours and provide personalized accommodation consultations.




Generate business through referrals, institutional collaborations, and local networking.
Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Achieve monthly occupancy, revenue, and sales targets.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–4 years
of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Real Estate, EdTech, Student Housing, or B2B Sales.
Freshers with exceptional communication and a strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.
Customer-centric and target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel across Gurgaon & NCR.
