Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in bedsheets, home furnishings, textiles, garments, or consumer products.
Valuable knowledge of store operations, inventory management, billing, stock reconciliation, and daily sales reporting.
Experience in managing sales staff, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and maintaining discipline.
Ability to handle customers professionally, understand their requirements, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Basic knowledge of fabrics, bedsheets, home furnishing products, sizes, designs, colours, packaging, and product quality will be preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer operations.
Ability to monitor stock levels, inward and outward movement of goods,



damaged products, returns, and stock shortages.
Robust communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
Candidate should be honest, responsible, punctual, organised, and capable of independently managing the store.
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and suggest methods to improve store sales.
Fluency in Hindi is required. Basic working knowledge of English is preferred.
Willingness to work during weekends, festivals, and peak business periods when required.
