Boss International Studies is a leading immigration consultancy based in Sector 17, Chandigarh. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team and help connect potential clients with our immigration services.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Explain immigration services and answer basic customer queries.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for counselors.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Update customer details and call records in the CRM/database.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility
Age: 18–27 years
Minimum 12th Pass
Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience
Experience in the immigration industry will be an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and basic English.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
