Job Description – Sales Representative | LM Toyota
Promote and sell Toyota vehicles to prospective customers.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and advantages.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and finance-related paperwork.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth transactions.
Stay updated on Toyota products, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Participate in showroom events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction before and after vehicle delivery.
Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and dealership standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.




1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales preferred.
Fresh graduates with robust communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Valid driving license is preferred.
