Senior Marketing Executive Stelda (Ownership-Driven | B2B Machinery Growth Role)

Location: Bangalore (Near Magadi Road) or Mumbai

Reporting to: Marketing Lead Impel Services

Role Type: Full time | Field coordination occasionally for events/exhibitions

Work Mode: Work From Office | 6 Days a Week

Role Purpose:

Stelda is entering its next phase of growth — moving from foundational visibility to structured demand generation and brand ownership in the industrial packaging machinery space.

We are looking for an ownership-driven marketer who can independently build, execute, and optimize marketing systems across digital, content, CRM, and sales enablement.

This is not a functional specialist role. We are seeking someone who can:
Think across the funnel
Work independently
Create structure from ambiguity
Slowly take stewardship of the Stelda brand

This role will be 80% focused on Stelda, with occasional cross-functional marketing support across other Impel brands (Bindwel, SigLoch, etc.) as required.

Key Responsibilities:





Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership-
Own end-to-end lead generation strategy across LinkedIn, website, marketplaces, cold outreach, and exhibitions.
Improve lead quality through ICP refinement, targeting optimization, and messaging clarity.
Track and improve MQL SQL Chance conversion rates.
Work closely with sales to ensure lead qualification standards and feedback loops.

Brand & Content Stewardship-
Build and execute Stelda’s content roadmap (case studies, plant stories, thought leadership, technical explainers).
Develop customer proof assets aligned to long B2B sales cycles.
Maintain brand consistency across website, LinkedIn, brochures, and presentations.
Capture on-ground content (installations, factory stories, demos).
Digital & B2B Marketing Execution
Manage and optimize Stelda’s online presence across websites, IndiaMART, and social platforms.
Create and schedule content such as prod
