Senior System Administrator PLM Engineering, Epiroc

We are now looking for a System Administrator with deep knowledge in Siemens Teamcenter to strengthen our team.

Your mission

As a System Administrator at Epiroc Operations Solutions in the PLM Engineering Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Siemens Teamcenter workplace.

You will manage system configurations, maintain integrations, and support end-users to ensure reliable and productive PLM operations.

Your main responsibilities include:
Deploying, configuring, administrating, and maintaining the Siemens Teamcenter platform
Monitoring and ensuring performance, availability, and security of PLM systems
Creating and maintaining installation packages for distribution to users




Supporting upgrades, patches, and integrations in close collaboration with IT and Engineering teams.
Troubleshooting issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing preventive solutions
Work with Siemens Support to troubleshoot complex issues related to the Epiroc customized installation of Teamcenter
Automating administrative tasks through scripting (PowerShell, Shell, or Python)
Documenting configurations, processes, and best practices
Participating in agile ceremonies and actively contributing to continuous improvement

This role is part of an agile, cross-functional team within Epiroc’s Operations Solutions organization, where collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you have:
Deep knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and experience in PLM administration
Familiarity with Windows Server environments and databases (e.g. SQL)
