Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Manage inventory of products and consumables.
Set individual targets and monitor performance.
Conduct daily meetings and motivate the team.
Handle employee scheduling and attendance.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track KPIs such as revenue, conversions, renewals,



and customer retention.
Report branch performance to regional or corporate management.
