Job Summary

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Executive with Tally Prime experience to manage outstanding payments, customer follow-ups, and debt collection activities. The role requires expertise in ledger reconciliation, aging analysis, and timely recovery of overdue receivables.

Key Responsibilities
GST Calculation & filing on portal.
Generate aging reports and track overdue invoices
Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Debt collection and payment recovery
Perform customer ledger reconciliation
Maintain collection follow-up remarks and payment commitments
Prepare weekly/monthly collection MIS reports
Coordinate with sales team for payment holds and release approvals

Requirements
1+ years in Accounts Receivable / Debt Collection
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
GST Knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
MS Excel
Graduate

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹11,012.80 - ₹22,295.92 per month
