Winsol Hybrid Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Engineer Freshers who are eager to build a career in the power and renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of electrical fundamentals and a willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and work on real-time engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in electrical system design, testing, installation, and commissioning.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project records.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently.
Learn and work on power systems, hybrid energy solutions,
and related technologies.
Required Skills
Good understanding of electrical circuits, machines, and power systems.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Familiarity with electrical testing instruments is an advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Internship or academic project experience in electrical or renewable energy will be an added advantage.
Freshers with a passion for electrical engineering and renewable energy are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
