Job Summary:

The Production Executive for Stalls and Exhibitions Fabrication will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process of exhibition stalls, display units, and other fabrication projects. This role requires a solid understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, project management, and client coordination to deliver high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant exhibition solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the complete fabrication process for exhibition stalls, booths, and display units, from conceptualization to installation and dismantling.
Coordinate with clients, designers, and sales teams to understand project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
Develop detailed production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for raw materials, specialized services, and outsourced fabrication components.
Oversee material procurement, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.




Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Lead and mentor a team of fabricators, carpenters, painters, and other production staff, fostering a cooperative and productive work setting.
Supervise on-site installation and dismantling of exhibition structures, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with venue regulations.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including production plans, material lists, vendor contracts, and progress reports.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed throughout the fabrication and installation
