About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Decor Designer to join our team. If you have a solid design sensibility, a passion for creating immersive wedding experiences, and the ability to transform ideas into thoughtfully curated spaces, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Include
Conceptualize and design wedding dcor based on the client's vision, preferences, and budget




Develop mood boards, colour palettes, dcor concepts, and presentation decks for client pitches and approvals
Create detailed dcor layouts, styling plans, and visual references for different wedding functions
Research emerging dcor trends, materials, florals, and design inspirations to create unique experiences
Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and execution partners to ensure designs are executed as envisioned
Conduct venue visits to understand the space and develop customized dcor concepts
Work closely with the planning team to ensure dcor aligns seamlessly with the overall wedding experience
Assist during in office setup and oversee dcor execution to maintain quality and design standards
