Role Overview:
We are looking for an SEO Associate who understands not just traditional SEO, but also Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
Translation: not someone who just writes blogs and prays to Google, but someone who understands how people search, ask, and get answers across Google, AI tools, and voice/search assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Perform keyword research focused on international markets (US, UK, etc.)
Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages
Work on technical SEO basics (on-page, indexing, meta, internal linking)
Track rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like GA4, GSC
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Optimize content for AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
Structure content to be picked up in AI-generated responses
Build entity-based, context-rich content (not just keywords)
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Create FAQ-driven and structured content
Optimize for featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search
Focus on intent-based content instead of keyword stuffing
Content & Strategy
Collaborate with content and marketing teams
Suggest blog topics based on search + AI trends
Improve existing content for better rankings and visibility
Competitor & Market Analysis
Analyze international competitors
Identify gaps and prospects in content + keywords
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of SEO (on-page + off-page)
Familiarity with tools like:
Google Search Console
Google Analytics (GA4)
Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest
Understand
