Key responsibilities
Relationship Management : Actively manage relationships with Large Corporates, Fintech entities including TPAPs, Cobrand Partners, Merchants (NBFC, Retail) and aligning them with NPCI strategic objectives.
Ecosystem Enablement: Support the Onboarding, enablement, and scaling of mapped Partners by ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness, and lifecycle support.
Business Growth Support: Drive UPI and Rupay adoption within the mapped Partners. Identify and unlock current opportunities through market insights, collaborative projects, and innovation-driven partnerships.
Key Initiatives: Develop and help implement payment strategies for the clients. Contribute to pilot project execution, and stakeholder alignment across the ecosystem.
Compliance and Regulatory Support:



Ensure partner adherence to applicable regulatory and operational guidelines in coordination with internal compliance teams, enabling secure and scalable fintech operations.
Skills and experience required
Ability to drive agenda at CXO Level engagement internally as well as externally.
Deep Understanding of Digital Payments Ecosystem: Strong hands-on knowledge of payment rails (UPI, cards) settlement flows, reconciliation processes, fraud/risk controls, and API-based integrations. Ability to articulate architecture and identify optimization prospects.
Regulatory Compliance Expertise (Tech-Driven): Working knowledge of RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS standards, data privacy frameworks, and ability to translate regulatory requirements into system controls, dashboards, and audit-ready processes.
Experience building interactive dashboards in Superset/Power BI with strong data storytelling.
