Senior Graphic Designer & Trainer

Who You Are
4+ years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design.
Strong in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, branding, visual storytelling, and motion graphics.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution.
Good communicator with training or mentoring experience.
Comfortable using AI tools and modern creative workflows.
Passionate about both teaching and designing.

What You’ll Do

Training
Conduct Graphic Design and Motion Graphics training sessions.
Teach design principles, tools, workflows, and practical application.
Mentor students on projects, portfolios, and career readiness.
Track student progress and learning outcomes.
Improve curriculum, assignments, and learning resources.
Review student work and provide clear, constructive feedback.

Design & Creative Work
Create branding materials, social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.




Work on motion graphics, short videos, and other visual content.
Develop visual concepts for multiple in-house brands.
Contribute fresh ideas for social media, campaigns, educational content, and brand communication.
Help improve design processes, quality standards, and creative workflows.
