Role & responsibilities
Provide technical support for Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and Windows Server settings.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues.
Deliver remote support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Handle voice-based support interactions with US customers professionally.
Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when required.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.
Required Skills:
Experience with Microsoft O365 administration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Active Directory user and group management.
Understanding of Windows Server administration.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience providing remote and voice-based technical support.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
