About the Role

Impacteers is looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech, Upskilling, Training, or Course Sales, with the ability to guide learners in choosing the right career development programs.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective learners on upskilling and certification programs.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrollments.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales updates.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills
1 - 9 years of experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales,



or Academic Counseling.
Experience in EdTech, Upskilling, Online Learning, Training, or Course Sales is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Telugu (Mandatory); English proficiency is preferred.
Solid persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
