Position Title: Senior Manager – FLC Sales – SBF Kerala

Location: Kochi (Extensive travel across all Finprov Learning Centres in Kerala)

Reports To: VP - Growth/ CGO

Role Purpose

The Senior Manager – FLC Sales will be responsible for driving admissions and revenue targets for the School of Business & Finance (SBF) across all Finprov Learning Centres in Kerala. This is a field-intensive leadership role requiring regular travel to all centres to coach teams, monitor performance, resolve challenges, and ensure operational excellence in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management
· Own and deliver the Kerala sales targets for all School of Business & Finance programs.
· Lead centre-wise sales execution through Centre Heads and Career Counsellors, ensuring consistent achievement of sales KPIs, improving conversion performance, and implementing strategies to maximize admissions across the state.
· Conduct regular centre visits to review performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching.
· Monitor centre-wise pipeline, enquiries, conversions,



and admissions and support underperforming centres with action plans.
· Monitor CRM discipline, lead ageing, follow-up quality, and conversion ratios.
· Ensure adherence to defined counselling and sales processes.

Marketing & Business Development
· Plan and coordinate both offline and online marketing activities to support admissions across Kerala centres.
· Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure effective utilization and conversion of leads generated through online campaigns.
· Coordinate with Centre Heads to execute local marketing initiatives such as seminars, workshops, campus drives, education fairs, referral campaigns, and community outreach programs.
· Ensure timely execution of centre-specific promotional campaigns, branding activities, and admission events.
