We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Fresher Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. Candidates will be responsible for operating production machines, maintaining quality standards, and following safety procedures. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures.
Load and unload raw materials from machines.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the supervisor.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
Ensure product quality by following quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Complete production targets within the assigned shift.
Eligibility
ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist,
or related trade) or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing machines is preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Overtime as per company policy
