Application Support Engineer / Coupa Techno-Functional Architect

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Coupa CCW solutions based on business requirements.
Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations, enhancements, and production support.
Build and manage integrations using REST APIs (JSON/XML), Flat Files, SFTP, and middleware.
Integrate Coupa with ERP, HR, and Finance applications.
Configure custom fields, user roles, workflows, dashboards, and security.
Drive UAT, system testing, release management, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
Support supplier enablement, punchouts, and cXML integrations.




Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills
Robust expertise in Coupa CCW (Contingent Workforce) and Coupa platform architecture.
Experience with Coupa integrations, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Flat Files, and SFTP.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud security, and data modeling.
Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience leading multiple end-to-end Coupa implementations.

Preferred
Coupa Certifications (Integration Architect/Platform/Module-specific).
Experience integrating Coupa with ERP and Finance systems.
Prior consulting experience is an added advantage.
