About the Role

Lighthouse Communities Foundation is looking for a passionate and driven Centre Head to lead the implementation and day-to-day operations of the Lighthouse Program in Pune.

As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for managing the centre, leading a high-performing team, building robust community and stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring that underserved youth are equipped with the skills and opportunities needed to access sustainable livelihoods.

Key Responsibilities

Program Implementation
Lead the end-to-end execution of the Lighthouse Program at the assigned centre.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all program activities.
Monitor program outcomes and drive continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals.

Placement & Career Support
Facilitate employment opportunities and placement support for students.




Coordinate interview schedules and ensure students are well-prepared for recruitment processes.
Organize mock interviews, employer interactions, and career guidance sessions.
Build relationships with local employers and identify employment prospects.
Work closely with the Placement Manager to improve placement outcomes.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 4–7 members.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Oversee monthly planning, task allocation, and productivity tracking.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

Centre Operations
Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
Oversee administrative activities, infrastructure, and centre assets.
Maintain a secure, welcoming, and learner-friendly environment.

Data Management & Reporting
Ensure accurate maintenance of student records and program data.
Submit timely reports and support effect
