Job Description

Job Summary:

Visa is seeking a proactive, experienced skilled that will work with internal stakeholders to manage and respond to inquiries from our clients, supporting their assessment of 3rd party risk. This position will be an integral member of the team, responsible for responding to client requests for information, coordinating onsite audits, and developing responses to technology-related vulnerabilities.



This program spans multiple geographies and competency areas within the technology risk domain for which its results are visible to Visa’s management as well as Visa’s external clients & their auditors, partners and regulators.

The candidate must have a positive understanding of the methodology in the mentioned third-party assessments, technology risks, audit and controls, be able to provide practical, client-focused solutions, and effectively partner and communicate with numerous cross-functional personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to Visa client due diligence inquiries in a timely manner
Assist with coordination of client onsite assessments
Execute updates to Knowledge Base to enhance efficiencies in reporting
Collaborate with Visa Subject Matter Experts to maintain a Knowledge Base repository to address due diligence inquiries.
Support senior management in periodic reporting and/or ad hoc support to the team as needed
