Manager Accounting

Job Summary

The Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple teams of Associates and Assistant Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services to clients. This role requires solid leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Supervise multiple teams of Associates and Assistant Managers.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support.
Coordinate team activities, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
Financial Statement Delivery
Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor team performance and project metrics.
Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for communication and issue resolution.
Address client concerns and provide strategic guidance.
Operational Excellence




Identify prospects to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
Strategic Planning
Collaborate with senior management to define departmental goals, objectives, and KPIs.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Team Development
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship.
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate regularly with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Represent the department in external meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Performance Evaluation
Conduct regular performance evaluations.
Provide feedback and set performance goals.
IT & Process Improvements
Recommend IT system upgrades and process improvements based on feedback and reviews.
