Social Worker – Jewel Child Development Centre
Master of Social Work (MSW) – Mandatory
Specialization in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work, Community Development, or a related field is preferred.
Location: Kochi,Kottayam

Experience
0–2 years of experience in social work, healthcare, rehabilitation, NGOs, hospitals, or child development settings.
Fresh MSW graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counselling and case management abilities.
Empathy and a child- and family-centered approach.
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Good documentation and report-writing skills.
Knowledge of child welfare and community support services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide psychosocial support to children and their families.
Conduct family assessments and maintain case records.
Coordinate with therapists, psychologists,



and educators.
Guide families on available government schemes and community resources.
Organize parent counselling sessions and awareness programs.
Assist in community outreach initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Preferred Candidate
MSW (Mandatory) with 0–2 years of experience.
Passion for working with children with developmental needs.
Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
