Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and automated quality assurance practices
Well-versed in AI-assisted development, including effective use of GitHub Copilot/Microsoft Copilot within IDEs
Experience leveraging MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI-powered developer tools




Solid understanding and practical application of AI Agents/Agentic Workflows to improve engineering productivity and delivery outcomes
Positive understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
