Job Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
Develop and update teaching materials, laboratory experiments, and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Guide students in practical laboratory work, ensuring safety protocols and fostering hands‑on analytical skills.
Teach concepts using demonstrations, experiments, simulations, and real-life applications.
Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
Assess student performance through class tests, projects, practicals, and examinations.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
Provide remedial support and enrichment activities based on students' learning needs.
Essential Qualifications
Master’s degree in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
