Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
Handle GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC).
Manage TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.
Coordinate Income Tax compliance with Chartered Accountants.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Accounts Receivable & Payable
Monitor customer receivables and follow up for collections.
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Maintain customer and vendor account reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding balances and prepare ageing reports.

Payroll & Employee Advantages




Process monthly payroll accurately.
Maintain employee reimbursement and advance records.
Ensure statutory deductions and compliance.

Banking & Financial Coordination
Liaise with banks for day-to-day banking activities.
Handle Bank Guarantees (BG), Letter of Credit (LC), OD/CC facilities, and loan documentation as required.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and financial institutions.

Inventory & Manufacturing Accounts
Maintain inventory valuation and stock accounting.
Monitor manufacturing costs and product costing.
Verify purchase entries and inventory transactions.
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Production departments.

MIS & Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
Analyse profitability, expenses, and cash flow.
Present financial performance and business insights to management.

Internal Control
Ensure proper financial controls and documentation.
