Qualifications
Experience in training needs analysis, program design, and end-to-end management of training initiatives.
Robust facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups and adapt delivery methods.
Ability to develop explicit training content, manuals, and supporting materials using contemporary learning tools and techniques.
Skills in measuring training outcomes, maintaining accurate training records, and reporting on learning effectiveness.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and learning platforms; familiarity with LMS solutions is an advantage.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications in L&D; are a plus.
Proven experience in a Training & Development or Learning & Development role, preferably in a corporate setting.
