MERN Stack Developer | Work From Office | Ahmedabad |

reverseBits is seeking a passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with 1+ years of qualified experience (excluding internships) in building web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

The ideal candidate should have strong JavaScript fundamentals, a willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies, and experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional web application features.
Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js.
Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Work with MongoDB and MySQL databases for application development and data management.
Write clean, maintainable, effective, and reusable code following development best practices.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across frontend, backend,



and database layers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards.
Assist in maintaining production applications and resolving support-related issues.
Collaborate with the DevOps team during deployments and release activities.
Actively utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar platforms to improve productivity, assist with debugging, testing, documentation, code reviews, and development workflows.
Validate AI-generated solutions and ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to engineering best practices.
Continuously learn and stay updated with modern web technologies, development practices, and AI-assisted software engineering workflows.
