About the Role

Auramah Valley is looking for a energetic and customer-focused
Site Visit Manager
to manage and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers and investors. The role requires ensuring a seamless and skilled experience for all visitors, from initial inquiry through site presentation, while effectively showcasing the project's unique value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective clients, investors, and channel partners.
Welcome visitors and provide detailed project presentations during site tours.
Explain project features, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Ensure the site, experience center, and sample units are always presentable and visitor-ready.
Maintain accurate records of site visits, client feedback, and follow-up requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth visitor management.




Arrange transportation, refreshments, and hospitality services for visitors whenever required.
Build strong relationships with potential customers and address their queries professionally.
Generate visit reports and share insights with management regarding customer preferences and concerns.
Ensure all site visit activities align with the company's service standards and brand image.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate sales, customer relations, hospitality, or client servicing.
Solid understanding of luxury real estate and customer engagement.
Ability to handle VIP clients and high-net-worth individuals professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
