Looking for a
Factory Manager
for a certified food processing company in
Nhavi, Jalgaon
(near Faizpur & Bhusawal, Maharashtra).

The company manufactures spices, herbal powders, and dehydrated products and is looking for an experienced qualified to oversee day-to-day factory operations.

Key responsibilities:
Supervising production — scheduling, output, and quality
Managing inward material inspection and outward dispatch
Overseeing bookkeeping coordination with accounts staff
Leading and managing factory personnel
Handling vendor, buyer, and audit visits at the facility
Serving as the primary point of contact for remote leadership

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in food factory or processing plant management
Hands-on approach to operations and people management
Solid attention to process adherence and discipline
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Location:
Nhavi, Tal. Yawal, Dist. Jalgaon. Candidates from Faizpur, Bhusawal, Yawal, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Accommodation at the factory location is available for the right candidate.
