Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Enterprise Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in Python, Cloud Technologies, AI/ML, and Enterprise Platform Engineering. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable cloud-native applications, drive automation initiatives, build AI-powered enterprise solutions, and mentor engineering teams. This role requires robust architectural thinking, hands-on coding, DevOps expertise, and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud automation.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
Build and maintain enterprise-grade REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning.




Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and automated deployment practices.
Build and optimize AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
Develop cloud automation and orchestration frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy workloads on Kubernetes.
Drive architectural decisions, enforce design standards, and ensure system scalability and reliability.
Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and secure application design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings to deliver high-quality solutions.
