Job Summary:Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Administrator & Developer

We are seeking an experienced Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Administrator & Developer to design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise-scale analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Power BI development, Fabric administration, data engineering concepts, and cloud-based analytics platforms. This role involves managing Fabric capacity, developing scalable BI solutions, ensuring platform governance and security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions.

Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in Power BI Administration and Development.
Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Service, and enterprise BI environments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Platform Administration
Design, implement, configure, and administer Microsoft Fabric and Power BI settings.
Provision and manage Fabric capacities, workspaces, and platform components.




Monitor Fabric capacity utilization, performance, and system health, ensuring optimal availability and scalability.
Perform platform administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity optimization.
Maintain platform configurations, documentation, and operational procedures.

Power BI Development
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
Develop data transformation processes using Power Query and create productive DAX measures and calculations.
Implement best practices for report development, performance optimization, and reusable data models.
Integrate Power BI with multiple enterprise data sources and cloud services.

Data Engineering & Integration
Work with SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes to support analytics solutions.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data from multiple source systems.
