Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain candidate records and HR documentation
Support job posting on various job portals
Assist with onboarding and other HR activities
Learn end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
Requirements
Pursuing or completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or Any Degree
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to learn and work in a team
Solid organizational and time management skills
