Role Overview

The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for the end-to-end operational management of all Orange Self Storage facilities across Sites. This is a leadership role requiring solid P&L; ownership, process excellence, and the ability to scale a multi-city operations team.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage day-to-day operations across all storage facilities, ensuring 100% occupancy targets and service quality standards are met.
Lead a team of Site Managers, Facility Executives, and Customer Service Executives.
Drive operational efficiency through SOPs, audits, and process improvements; implement best practices for inventory management, access control, and security.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pricing strategies, occupancy management, and upsell initiatives.




Monitor and manage facility-level P&L;, control OPEX, and drive cost optimization without compromising customer experience.
Oversee vendor management, AMC contracts, housekeeping, security, and maintenance of all properties.
Ensure statutory compliance including fire safety, CCTV regulations, Shops and Establishment Act, and local municipal requirements across all locations.
Lead facility expansion and recent site setup projects in coordination with Projects and Real Estate teams.
Implement and monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics, resolve escalations, and build a customer-centric culture.
Leverage the company's technology stack (WMS, ERP, CRM) for operational reporting and decision-making.
