About Us

Panchee School of Music is dedicated to inspiring students through quality music education in a welcoming and creative workplace. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
Manage student admissions, registrations, and fee collection records.
Schedule music classes and coordinate with faculty.
Maintain attendance records and student databases.
Handle billing, receipts, and basic administrative documentation.
Coordinate events, workshops, recitals, and examinations.
Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area remains organized.
Support day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong customer relationships.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with social media or basic digital marketing is an added advantage.
