Job Summary
The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for end-to-end supervision of interior projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to drawings, project timelines, safety standards, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of interior execution, site coordination, contractor management, and material planning.
Key Responsibilities Site Execution
Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.
Execute projects according to approved drawings and BOQs.
Ensure work is completed within project timelines.
Maintain excellent workmanship and finishing standards.
Monitor daily work progress.
Site Planning
Prepare daily work schedules.
Plan manpower requirements.
Allocate work efficiently.
Ensure smooth workflow between different trades.
Resolve site-level execution issues.
Quality Control
