Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test data, identify trends, and support investigations.
Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, handling of reagents, and adherence to safety protocols.
Candidates should possess proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment such as HPLC, UV spectrophotometers, and other analytical instruments.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Attention to detail, solid documentation skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory is an advantage.
