About the Role

iLeads is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Motor Sales Executives (Telesales) to drive sales through outbound and inbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and persuasion skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motor insurance products.
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and policy coverage.
Generate quotations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.




Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Insurance Sales, BFSI, or Customer Sales.
Experience in Motor Insurance sales will be an added advantage.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
