We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Admin Executive to support our finance, administration, and HR functions while assisting the founders in day-to-day operations.
Job Summary
The Junior Accountant & Admin Executive will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records, managing purchases and expenses in Zoho Books, handling petty cash, coordinating administrative activities, supporting HR processes, and assisting the founders with operational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a quick-paced startup setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
Record all purchase invoices,
vendor bills, and expenses accurately in Zoho Books.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
Maintain and reconcile petty cash transactions.
Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance by providing required records and documents.
Maintain vendor payment schedules and follow up on approvals.
Prepare basic financial reports as required by management.
Administration
Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance personnel.
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and procurement records.
Organize company documents and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Coordinate courier, logistics, and dispatch activities when required.
